Facilities and Equipment

The village hall seats up to one hundred people. There are twelve large tables along with a selection of smaller tables.

A fully stocked kitchen is provided with cutlery and crockery for up to one hundred people; an electric cooker and fridge are also installed.

Gents and ladies toilets are  located in the main building as well as disabled toilet facilities.

One end of the hall has a large wooden stage with steps up to them.

The stage is lit by three different lighting systems. The hall is brightly lit with recessed spot lights and fluorescent lighting.

A recently upgraded heating system ensures that the hall quickly delivers an optimum temperature. This work benefitted from funding which was kindly provided by the Hills Landfill Community Grant.

There is an electronic sound system with amplifier, speakers and radio microphones.

Also available are an upright piano and a skittles set.

The current range of facilites and equipment is under review at present, with the intention of increasing what is on offer to users of the hall in the future. If you have a specific suggestion for an item of equipment that you would value, please do let us know!
